This stainless steel bench model deep fryer features one massive 17L tank (12L max oil capacity) to increase output and allow a wider variety of foods to be cooked at the same time. A basket and stainless steel lid are also included with this item. The pan has a minimum and maximum oil level indicator. This can be an advantage during the quieter hours of service.

With a draining tap for each tank this unit easy to clean. A simple to use dial temperature control makes this fryer easy to operate, and ensures you have control over how long you want your food to be fried.
